GENERAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS

When contracting with ANDALUCÍA GOLF PUBLISHING, S.L. (hereinafter, "ANDALUCÍA GOLF" or the "Seller") it is essential that the user read and accept these General Contract Conditions (hereinafter, the "Purchase Conditions") that apply to services offered by ANDALUCÍA GOLF through its mobile phone application and/or its website (hereinafter, the “Platform”). ANDALUCÍA GOLF reserves the right to modify or change these Purchase Conditions at any time. In the event of a substantial modification or when required by the applicable regulations, the Users who have a current relationship will be notified.

The prices of Services offered on the Platform are expressed in Euros and include VAT. In any case, the Buyer will be able to view the final price at the time prior to contracting the Service. Likewise, prices shown on the Platform correspond to a rate assigned with temporary validity, based on market supply and demand and seasonal causes. In this sense, some Services may experience price variations based on cost fluctuations in the market. ANDALUCÍA GOLF reserves the right to modify current rates or apply discounts to said rates. The Services will be invoiced at the rate in force at the time of the purchase order, except for promotions and/or campaigns.

The Buyer may freely cancel the reservation made through the Platform, up to 48 hours prior to the reservation date indicated on the Platform. In these cases, the Buyer will receive, in a maximum of seven (7) business days, the amount paid to confirm the reservation, through the same payment method by which the reservation was made. Within 48 hours prior to the reservation, the Buyer will not be able to cancel the reservation and therefore will not be entitled to receive a refund of the amount paid.

Payment will be made through the means made available via the Platform, specifically through the payment gateway. The User must accept the Privacy Policy corresponding to the payment gateway made prior to the purchase. Once the payment has been validated, the User will receive confirmation at the indicated email address, where the details of their reservation will be outlined and established.
